Photo Shoot Information Sheet

Thank you for choosing Pixel Pro Photography for your Photo Shoot. We are very excited and honored to help make these memories for you.

 

 What do I need to bring along?

• You can wear anything, but we suggest jeans and some nice various coloured shirts. (Try and avoid dressing the same i.e. white shirts and jeans).
• Pets are more than welcome to come join in the fun. 
• If it is a Maternity Photo Shoot, please bring along baby shoes, name (i.e. blocks), sonar photos and the like.
• For Smash the Cake Photo Shoots, please remember to bring your own cake.
• We love colors and so we ask that you to PLEASE NOT ALL WEAR ANY WHITE SHIRTS. Try and avoid wearing a white top.

With regards to other preparations

• Please ensure that everybody's hair, nails and feet are clean (as well as the kids' faces).
• Try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your shoot, just to make sure that you and the photographer can meet and greet.
• We can do makeup on request, but it needs to be discussed and booked prior to your photo shoot.

Where will the Photo Shoot take place?

Most Photo Shoots will take place at "Blos Cafe" or otherwise an address agreed upon between you and the photographer.

 

 How do I cancel or re-reschedule? 

If you want to cancel your Photo Shoot, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

What about the weather?

Please note that all Photo Shoots are weather permitted as we do not shoot in a studio and therefore we only shoot with natural light.

Photo Shoots can be cancelled by the photographer on short notice due to change in the weather conditions.
